Penhaligon's Brand Ambassador

Penhaligon's is a British niche perfume house renowned for artisanal fragrances, theatrical storytelling and refined retail experiences. As part of the Puig group, the brand combines British heritage with an international luxury distribution network and places a premium on product knowledge, craftsmanship and elevated client service.

1. Represent and activate the Penhaligon's brand within the Boots Market Street retail environment, delivering memorable client experiences and product storytelling.
2. Provide personalised fragrance consultations, conduct product demonstrations and drive sampling to convert trials into sales.
3. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling, follow-up and upselling of core and ancillary products.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock accuracy and execute promotional plans as directed by brand or Boots guidelines.
5. Capture client data, manage appointments and support loyalty or CRM initiatives to build long-term customer relationships.
6. Ensure compliance with store policies, health & safety and brand presentation guidelines; support in-store events and launches.

1. Previous retail or beauty sales experience, ideally within fragrance, cosmetics or luxury goods (preferred 1–2 years).
2. Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets in a client-facing role.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to tailor service to affluent and diverse clientele.
4. Right to work in the UK and flexible availability to cover retail hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

Preferably 1–2 years of retail or beauty sector experience, with specific exposure to fragrance or premium cosmetics. Experience within high-traffic, multi-brand retail environments (such as Boots) is advantageous.

GCSEs or equivalent; vocational qualification in beauty, retail or sales is desirable but not mandatory.
