- Attend seasonal product training and lead market appointments, achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct appointments efficiently within allocated timeframes while maximizing business opportunities.
- Provide detailed post-appointment feedback on product performance and customer insights.
- Collaborate with the Wholesale team to prepare the showroom for appointments and sales campaigns.
- Skillfully manage and pace appointments, adapting to client needs while maximizing business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry, meeting critical deadlines.
- Monitor customer budgets and report on spend progression to the commercial director.
- Prior experience in luxury fashion wholesale.
- Trilingual proficiency in French, Italian, and English.
- In-depth market knowledge and expertise in wholesale processes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Le New Black and other B2B platforms is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in luxury fashion wholesale.
