1. Oversee logistical operations and general services, including physical reception, office supplies management, and mail handling.
2. Manage consumables orders and ensure maintenance of office equipment such as coffee and water machines.
3. Organize internal relocations and provide logistical support for events like showrooms and fashion shows.
4. Supervise maintenance of premises and negotiate supplier contracts for services such as cleaning, electricity, and internet.
5. Coordinate renovations and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal standards.
6. Manage building relations with property owners and condominium associations.
7. Oversee IT and telecommunications infrastructure, including equipment leasing, purchasing, and recycling.
8. Coordinate with LVMH for new employee IT tools and provide IT maintenance and support.
9. Administer the office management budget and track invoices related to general services.
10. Organize corporate events in collaboration with HR and enhance daily employee life with HR support.
11. Assist in managing the CEO's schedule and expense reports.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3)
