1. Develop and execute model designs in alignment with the studio's predetermined schedule.
2. Provide technical advice to the studio team.
3. Create, refine, and correct patterns during model fittings.
4. Coordinate and oversee the production of models.
5. Anticipate assembly challenges and propose technical solutions.
6. Optimize material usage and production costs.
7. Ensure technical documentation is accurate in collaboration with product managers or technicians.
8. Organize and conduct fittings in collaboration with the studio director.
9. Perform quality control on assemblies and product fit.
10. Communicate collection information to production and standardization teams.
11. Enhance workshop operations and processes.
12. Manage VIP orders.
13. Coordinate and distribute work tasks.

1. Degree in fashion design or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-end ready-to-wear fashion house.
3. Proven experience managing a team of approximately ten individuals.
