1. Manage a portfolio of B2B clients, overseeing the entire order process from receipt to delivery.
2. Address delivery anomalies and merchandise returns in collaboration with clients and internal departments.
3. Organize the dispatch of collections for showroom needs and manage order confirmations and prepayment requests.
4. Monitor client receivables in coordination with the Finance and Wholesale Departments and develop action plans.
5. Update client databases within the ERP system.
6. Serve as the primary contact for the logistics provider, managing shipment and return flows for B2B and retail clients.
7. Oversee B2B preparations and shipments, ensuring compliance with client-specific administrative requirements.
8. Support internal departments with their logistical needs and animate logistics KPIs.
9. Ensure the accuracy of information in the ERP system regarding stock and products.
10. Participate in supply process optimization through continuous improvement projects and propose initiatives to enhance service maturity.
11. Manage and animate retail packaging stock and support internal departments with new requirements.
12. Act as the operational liaison between internal services and transport providers in case of anomalies.

1. Higher education in management or supply chain/logistics.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts.
2. Strong affinity for IT tools and systems, particularly ERP systems.
3. Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
4. Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work ethic.

Minimum of 3 years in operational management, preferably within the textile sector.

Higher education in management or supply chain/logistics.
