HR Coordinator

Founded in 1914 and relaunched in 2019, Maison Patou is one of the jewels of the LVMH Fashion Group. The brand is still in development and seeks to recruit the best talents in the industry.

1. Perform administrative follow-up for all employees, including onboarding and offboarding.
2. Manage personnel by tracking absences, timesheets, and medical visits.
3. Compile elements for monthly payroll.
4. Assist the accounting firm in payroll processing and ensure the accuracy of payslips.
5. Ensure company compliance with labor laws, supported by a labor law attorney and the LVMH Fashion Group HR team.
6. Manage job postings on the LVMH platform.
7. Assist teams in organizing interviews and job offers.
8. Draft and track employment contracts.
9. Manage internal announcements to teams, such as leave and private sales.
10. Propose and track training for teams.
11. Be proactive in implementing new HR projects.
12. Conduct monthly and annual LVMH reporting.
13. Liaise with LVMH Fashion Group HR teams.
14. Perform other ad hoc analyses.
15. Be available to employees for any HR-related questions.

1. Degree in Business School or equivalent university with HR specialization.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, including internships, apprenticeships, or VIE.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Good knowledge of HR management, payroll, and labor law.
4. Interest in the fashion/luxury sector.
5. Reactive and flexible with strong communication skills.
6. Motivated, dynamic, and capable of handling multiple projects.
7. Organized and highly rigorous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Degree in Business School or equivalent university with HR specialization.

Permanent contract with executive status.
