1. Oversee administrative processes for all employees, including onboarding and offboarding, and maintain individual employee records.
2. Manage personnel administration, tracking absences, timesheets, and medical appointments.
3. Compile payroll data and assist the accounting firm in ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing.
4. Ensure compliance with social law, supported by a social law attorney and the LVMH Fashion Group HR team.
5. Manage job postings on the LVMH platform and assist teams with interview organization and job offer processes.
6. Draft and monitor employment contracts.
7. Handle internal communications regarding announcements such as leave and private sales.
8. Propose and track training programs for teams.
9. Proactively engage in new HR projects.
10. Conduct monthly and annual reporting for LVMH and liaise with the LVMH Fashion Group HR teams.
11. Provide employee relations support by addressing HR inquiries.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field (Bac +4/5).
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, including internships or apprenticeships.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Strong knowledge of HR management, payroll, and social law.
4. Interest in the fashion and luxury sector.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
6. Organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
7. Proactive and dynamic with the ability to manage multiple projects.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR function, including internships or apprenticeships.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
