- Manage operational tasks on the Marketplace, including catalog updates and sales performance tracking.
- Serve as the primary contact for Marketplace partner services.
- Oversee order and return processes, proposing growth accelerators.
- Ensure the brand's image is consistently represented on the Marketplace.
- Conduct e-merchandising and commercial animation for the E-Store.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks.
- Manage customer service operations and logistics coordination.
- Update content and optimize the conversion funnel through site audits.
- Create SEO-optimized content for the blog and 'Patou Cares' initiatives.
- Develop inspirational pages and participate in CRM activities, including newsletter distribution.
- Contribute to omnichannel Web/Retail strategy.
- Final-year student or gap year in a business school, IAE, university, or equivalent (BAC +4/5).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Successful prior internship or apprenticeship experience, ideally in e-commerce, e-marketing, or CRM.
- Interest in the luxury fashion and digital sectors.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools for site management (CMS, CRM, ERP).
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Photoshop knowledge is advantageous.
Beginner level experience, ideally with a previous internship or apprenticeship in a related field.
Final-year student or gap year in business school, IAE, university, or equivalent (BAC +4/5).
