Patou Commercial Director

- Act as a strategic business partner to the General Management, collaborating closely with the Executive Committee.
- Oversee wholesale and retail functions, including team management, distribution network quality, and exploration of new commercial opportunities.
- Develop and implement international commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Analyze markets and competition to identify growth opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
- Define budgets and open-to-buy (OTB) plans, and propose sales incentives.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with distributors and department stores.
- Coordinate sales planning with departments such as e-commerce, marketing, and merchandising.
- Analyze retail and wholesale performance, manage distribution networks, and oversee billing and delivery processes.
- Conduct partner and prospect visits, organize sales training, and monitor pricing policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance commercial opportunities and drive digital transformation projects.
- Prepare and lead buying and selling sessions during market weeks and showroom periods.
- Establish regular sales, delivery, and billing reports, and conduct competitive analysis.
- Communicate market trends and competitive intelligence internally.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management within the fashion and luxury sector.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong knowledge of various markets and industry players.
- Excellent product sense.
- Analytical, agile, autonomous, and versatile mindset.
- Experience managing a team.
