Commercial Director

1. Act as a Business Partner to the General Management of the brand.
2. Supervise all functions related to wholesale and retail.
3. Develop and implement international commercial strategy.
4. Analyze markets and competition to identify growth opportunities.
5. Monitor and manage existing clients.
6. Define budgets and OTB.
7. Negotiate and manage commercial conditions with distributors and department stores.
8. Coordinate sales planning with various departments.
9. Analyze and manage Retail and Wholesale performance.
10. Animate the distribution network.
11. Monitor billing and deliveries in partnership with production and supply services.
12. Manage and develop sales, budget, and expenses of the entire department.
13. Visit partners and prospects.
14. Organize and conduct sales training and collection formation.
15. Monitor pricing policies across the network.
16. Collaborate with marketing to develop commercial opportunities.
17. Lead digital transformation projects to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
18. Negotiate 360° marketing operations with Key Accounts.
19. Prepare and conduct buying and selling sessions during market weeks and showroom periods.
20. Establish regular reporting (sales, deliveries, billing).
21. Analyze post-showroom sales and create qualitative and quantitative sales reports.
22. Conduct competitive analysis and communicate trends internally.
