- Ensure suppliers confirm receipt of orders and delivery timelines.

- Participate in resolving disputes with suppliers concerning quality, quantity, and delivery schedules.
- Update supplier information, including contact details, certifications, and payment terms, in the database.
- Integrate new suppliers into the database following compliance verification.
- Request fabric samples from suppliers, specifying quantities and deadlines.
- Receive and verify fabric samples against requests, organizing them for accessibility.
- Prepare and dispatch fabric samples to style and production teams.
- Send fabric samples to laboratories for quality testing, monitoring results, and alerting teams to any non-compliance.
- Archive quality test reports and maintain vigilance over pricing trends in raw materials and fabrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the purchasing and fabric coordination sector, analyzing discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of the purchasing and fabric coordination sector.
- Participate in the implementation of new tools for tracking and managing purchases and fabrics.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities through price renegotiation, order quantity optimization, and transportation cost reduction.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Fashion from a recognized institution.
- Strong affinity for luxury and fashion sectors.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and meticulous with a knack for thriving in dynamic environments.
- Affinity for numerical management.
- Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ideally, candidates should have some prior experience in purchasing or fabric coordination within a couture house.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business or Fashion.
