2. Ensure suppliers confirm receipt of orders and delivery timelines.
3. Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery delays or product non-compliance.
4. Participate in resolving disputes with suppliers concerning quality, quantity, and delivery schedules.
5. Update supplier information, including contact details, certifications, and payment terms, in the database.
6. Integrate new suppliers into the database following compliance verification.
7. Request fabric samples from suppliers, specifying quantities and deadlines.
8. Receive and verify fabric samples against requests, organizing them for accessibility.
9. Prepare and dispatch fabric samples to style and production teams.
10. Send fabric samples to laboratories for quality testing, monitoring results, and alerting teams to any non-compliance.
11. Archive quality test reports and maintain vigilance over pricing trends in raw materials and fabrics.
12. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the purchasing and fabric coordination sector, analyzing discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
13. Prepare regular reports on the performance of the purchasing and fabric coordination sector.
14. Participate in the implementation of new tools for tracking and managing purchases and fabrics.
15. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities through price renegotiation, order quantity optimization, and transportation cost reduction.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Fashion from a recognized institution.
2. Strong affinity for luxury and fashion sectors.
3. Motivated, enthusiastic, and meticulous with a knack for thriving in dynamic environments.
4. Affinity for numerical management.

1. Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ideally, candidates should have some prior experience in purchasing or fabric coordination within a couture house.
