1. Conduct theoretical and practical training for employees in the field of watch casing and quality control.
2. Provide technical support and assistance to facilitate the ongoing development of employees.
3. Perform analysis and expert evaluations on watches, including minor interventions on movements.
4. Participate in the industrialization phase by defining tooling and drafting operational procedures.
5. Engage in the prototype phase of products in collaboration with the Creation Division.

1. CFC in Watchmaking or equivalent qualification.
2. Strong motivation to share technical knowledge.
3. Experience in high-end watch casing.

1. Pedagogical skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
2. Strong team spirit, flexibility, and objectivity.
3. Proficiency in oral and written communication.
4. Dynamic with the ability to animate and engage.
5. Listening skills and adaptability to diverse audiences.
6. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
7. Familiarity with MS Office tools is an advantage.

Experience in high-end watch casing is required.
