1. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of apprentices according to established processes.
2. Design and establish learning objectives for apprentices.
3. Ensure the preparation and monitoring of the training plan over the 3 to 4-year apprenticeship period as per regulatory requirements.
4. Coordinate between apprentices, the company, educational institutions, and inter-company courses.
5. Facilitate the development of apprentices' skills by imparting watchmaking expertise, encouraging, and evaluating them according to CFC objectives.
6. Contribute to the creation of watchmaking training programs for Patek Philippe employees.
7. Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in watchmaking.
8. Plan, organize, and lead apprenticeship training activities.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and instructions from HR and support divisions.

1. CFC in Production Watchmaking or CFC in Watchmaking (4 years).
2. Ideally, a recognized certificate or diploma for corporate training.
3. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in watchmaking, particularly in movement assembly post-CFC acquisition.
