Watchmaking Apprenticeship Trainer

1. Participate in the recruitment and engagement of apprentices according to the defined process.
2. Design and set learning objectives.
3. Ensure the preparation and follow-up of the training plan over the 3 to 4 years of apprenticeship as per the ordinance.
4. Coordinate between apprentices, the company, institutions (professional school, OPFC, apprenticeship commissioner, etc.), and inter-company courses.
5. Support the skill development of apprentices by imparting watchmaking expertise, encouraging, and evaluating them according to CFC objectives.
6. Contribute to the creation of watchmaking training programs for Patek Philippe employees.
7. Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in watchmaking.
8. Plan, organize, and lead training activities for apprentices.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and instructions from the HR division and support divisions (Management, Finance, etc.).

1. CFC in Production Watchmaking or CFC in Watchmaking (4 years).
2. Ideally, a recognized certificate or diploma for in-company training.
3. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in watchmaking, particularly in movement assembly after obtaining the CFC.
