Patek Philippe Watchmaking Apprenticeship Manager

- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of apprentices according to established processes.
- Design and set learning objectives for apprentices.
- Ensure the preparation and monitoring of the training plan over the 3 to 4-year apprenticeship period as per regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate between apprentices, the company, educational institutions, and inter-company courses.
- Facilitate the development of apprentices' skills by imparting horological expertise, encouraging, and evaluating them according to CFC objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of watchmaking training programs for Patek Philippe employees.
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in watchmaking.
- Plan, organize, and lead training activities for apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and instructions from the HR division and support divisions.
- CFC in Production Watchmaking or CFC in Watchmaking (4 years).
- Ideally, a recognized certificate or diploma for corporate training.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in watchmaking, specifically in movement assembly post-CFC.
- Pedagogical skills.
- Listening and adaptability.
- Dynamic and proactive approach.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 5 years of professional experience in watchmaking, particularly in movement assembly after obtaining the CFC.
CFC in Production Watchmaking or CFC in Watchmaking (4 years).
