- Participate in the recruitment and selection of apprentices following the defined process.
- Design and establish learning objectives for apprentices.
- Ensure the preparation and monitoring of the training plan over the 3 to 4 years of apprenticeship as per the prescribed ordinance.
- Coordinate between apprentices, the company, educational institutions, and inter-company courses.
- Train and support the skill development of apprentices by imparting horological expertise, encouraging them, and evaluating their progress according to CFC objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of watchmaking training programs for Patek Philippe employees.
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in watchmaking.
- Manage components and tools necessary for apprentice watchmaker training.
- Support the company's policy of potentially engaging apprentices within the organization post-apprenticeship, if conditions allow.
- Communicate and foster a culture of feedback.
- CFC in Production Watchmaking or CFC in Watchmaking (4 years).
- Ideally, a recognized certificate or diploma for corporate training.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in watchmaking, particularly in movement assembly post-CFC acquisition.
- Pedagogical skills.

- Oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and creativity.
