Patek Philippe Watch Laboratory Technician

- Conduct development and qualification work on prototypes and existing products, including movements and watch components, in collaboration with the laboratory engineer and designer.
- Assemble prototypes and perform necessary watchmaking adjustments.
- Execute measurements according to defined test protocols and analyze the results.
- Enter test results into the system.
- Compare results to product specifications and expected performance, highlighting discrepancies.
- Participate in diagnosing failure points and identifying causes.
- Draft reports on findings, present them, and defend them if necessary.
- Technician ES diploma in microtechnology, ideally with a specialization in watch laboratory, or a CFC in watchmaking with 5 years of similar experience.
- Excellent knowledge of laboratory measuring instruments and proficiency in their use.
- Familiarity with watchmaking standards is an asset.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management tools.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, organizational skills, and autonomy.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and precision.
- Open-mindedness and problem-solving orientation.
- Assertiveness, diplomacy, strong interpersonal skills, and dynamism.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the watchmaking industry.
Technician ES diploma in microtechnology or CFC in watchmaking.
