1. Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise the activities of the Traditional Assembly Workshop according to the production plan and Patek Philippe quality standards.
2. Lead, guide, and supervise the team to ensure adherence to the production plan.
3. Enhance workshop activities and operational processes in collaboration with support services.
4. Foster team development and versatility by promoting Patek Philippe's core values.
5. Participate in the recruitment of new team members.
6. Ensure compliance with quality criteria, assembly instructions, and established procedures.
7. Uphold the application of Patek Philippe standards and craftsmanship excellence.

1. CFC Watchmaker or equivalent diploma.
2. 5 years of experience in a similar team management role.
3. Knowledge of quartz and mechanical movements with complications.
4. Desired knowledge in production management.

1. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage.
2. Proactive, autonomous, with decision-making and organizational skills.
3. Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and manage stress.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and active listening.
5. Meticulous, adaptable, with analytical and synthesis abilities.
6. Team spirit, respect, and kindness.

5 years of experience in a similar team management role within the watchmaking industry.

CFC Watchmaker or equivalent diploma.
