- Advise and support managers in defining essential skill requirements based on company needs.
- Develop and publish internal and external job postings based on defined profiles.
- Proactively identify and approach talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct various interviews at each stage of the recruitment process and organize interviews for managers and HR partners.
- Draft clear and relevant feedback and ensure candidate follow-up.
- Initiate and monitor recruitment assessments for targeted positions with external partner firms.
- Contribute to the final selection of candidates in collaboration with key recruitment stakeholders.
- Develop and formalize engagement proposals based on the value proposition to the selected candidate.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of integrations in connection with HR administration.
- Contribute to sourcing development by maintaining and nurturing the candidate pool, conducting direct searches, and developing partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Strengthen and structure relationships with schools in line with the manufacturing needs.
- Actively participate in optimizing recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in strategic discussions on the evolution of the Talent Acquisition service and propose areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment role within a structured environment (ideally a company with over 200 employees).
- Excellent mastery of interview techniques and multi-channel sourcing.
- Strong internal client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Excellent command of French (written and spoken), English is a plus.
- Strong writing skills.
- Proficiency in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ideally SuccessFactors.
A minimum of 5 years in a recruitment role within a structured environment, preferably in a company with over 200 employees.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
