Patek Philippe Talent Acquisition Manager

- Define and adjust the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet annual resource needs.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes to align with business requirements and enhance the employee experience.
- Develop and implement effective pre-selection, interview, and evaluation techniques to ensure candidate suitability in terms of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and potential for growth.
- Participate in defining and facilitating the deployment of talent management strategies, processes, and tools related to talent acquisition expertise.
- Develop sourcing strategies by building and maintaining a candidate pool, conducting direct searches, and developing partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, search firms, and media, ensuring high service standards while respecting the employee experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to identify young talent in collaboration with the Training Center.
- Collaborate closely with external assessment centers to enhance recruitment predictability, ensuring high service standards and adherence to the employee experience.
- In collaboration with the relevant HR Partner, define recruitment actions for specific roles, from search to integration, in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Develop performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions.
- Plan, organize, and lead team activities to ensure talent acquisition plans are executed in terms of quality, volume, timelines, and costs.
- Lead, support, motivate, and develop the team.
- Advanced degree or university education, HR Specialist Certification preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of professional recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a company
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment interview and evaluation practices
- Proven ability to work successfully in matrixed functional structures with strong negotiation, influence, and persuasion skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Strong project management experience is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards in changing conditions
- Adaptability
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Proficiency in a TMS, ideally SuccessFactors
A minimum of 10 years in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a corporate environment.
Advanced degree or university education, HR Specialist Certification preferred.
