Talent Acquisition Manager

1. Define and adjust the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet annual resource needs.
2. Develop, implement, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes to meet company needs and enhance employee experience.
3. Develop and implement pre-selection, interview, and evaluation techniques to ensure candidate suitability.
4. Participate in defining and deploying talent management strategies, processes, and tools.
5. Develop candidate sourcing by maintaining a talent pool, direct sourcing, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
6. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and media, ensuring high service standards.
7. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to identify young talent.
8. Collaborate with external assessment centers to enhance recruitment predictability.
9. Define recruitment actions from search to integration in accordance with HR policies.
10. Develop performance indicators to identify improvement areas and take action.
11. Plan, organize, and direct team activities to achieve talent acquisition plans in terms of quality, volume, timelines, and costs.
12. Lead, support, motivate, and develop the team.

1. Higher education/university degree, HR specialist certification appreciated
2. At least 10 years of professional recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role
3. In-depth knowledge of interview and evaluation practices
4. Proven ability to work successfully in functional matrix structures
5. Strong negotiation, influence, and persuasion skills
6. Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
7. Proven organizational skills
8. Solid project management experience is an asset
9. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards in changing conditions
10. Adaptability
11. Fluency in French and English, knowledge of other languages is an asset
12. Proficiency in a TMS, ideally SuccessFactors

At least 10 years of professional recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.

Higher education/university degree, HR specialist certification appreciated.
