1. Maintain operational condition and evolve the ServiceNow platform.
2. Gather user requirements, perform estimations, and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Develop or oversee the development of solutions according to business needs, best practices, and tool capabilities.
4. Document and conduct testing and acceptance phases for developed applications.
5. Act as the primary technical contact for integrators, the software vendor, and other IT services (Infrastructure & Ops, Cybersecurity) regarding software and applications within the scope.
6. Manage platform security, including access, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., GDPR), and document disaster recovery plans.
7. Contribute actively to the definition and implementation of the ServiceNow platform development strategy and coordinate annual releases.
8. Conduct technological watch on potential platform evolutions.
9. Facilitate user and process owner communities.
10. Possibly manage other digital productivity tools (e.g., Aris).

1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
2. ITIL V3 Foundation certification, ideally ITIL V4.
3. ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
4. Minimum B2 level in English.

1. Expertise in ITSM processes.
2. Ability to coordinate integrator activities on projects.
3. Capacity to monitor and adapt to emerging technological trends.
4. Proficiency in JavaScript is advantageous.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, curiosity, and openness to new digital tools.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in executing ServiceNow projects.

Engineering degree or equivalent.
