- Maintain operational condition and evolve the ServiceNow platform.
- Gather user requirements, perform estimations, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop or oversee the development of solutions according to business needs, best practices, and tool capabilities.
- Document and conduct testing and acceptance phases for developed applications.
- Act as the primary technical contact for integrators, the software vendor, and other IT services (Infrastructure & Ops, Cybersecurity) regarding software and applications within the scope.
- Manage platform security, including access, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., GDPR), and document disaster recovery plans.
- Contribute actively to the definition and implementation of the ServiceNow platform development strategy and coordinate annual releases.
- Conduct technological watch on potential platform evolutions.
- Facilitate user and process owner communities.
- Possibly manage other digital productivity tools (e.g., Aris).
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification, ideally ITIL V4.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- Minimum B2 level in English.
- Expertise in ITSM processes.
- Ability to coordinate integrator activities on projects.
- Capacity to monitor and adapt to emerging technological trends.
- Proficiency in JavaScript is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, curiosity, and openness to new digital tools.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in executing ServiceNow projects.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
