- Ensure the coherence and stability of SAP environments.
- Plan and coordinate SAP updates, patches, and version upgrades.
- Supervise system copies and manage transports between environments.
- Collaborate closely with Basis teams, functional teams, and authorization specialists, as well as teams from interfaced solutions.
- Model and track SAP evolution roadmaps in conjunction with business and IT teams, aligning SAP initiatives with other IT projects.
- Utilize standard tools and processes to manage visibility and risk control.
- Facilitate communication among information systems teams, business units, and external partners.
- Ensure the application of ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.
- Monitor SAP-related incidents and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain and update technical and functional documentation.
- Oversee role and authorization management in collaboration with domain experts.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices.
- Maintain documents and information related to the company's Disaster Recovery Plan objectives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT Project Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP environments, including project management or PMO experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP architectures (S/4HANA, BW, Fiori).
- Experience in SAP transport management, updates, and migrations.
- Knowledge of SAP role and authorization management.
- Proficiency in ITIL methodologies and change management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and functional teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to anticipate and manage priorities in a demanding environment.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail for effective project structuring and management.
A minimum of 5 years in SAP environments, with a focus on project management or PMO roles.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT Project Management.
