5. Provide precise technical and historical explanations on major complications.
6. Recommend the most appropriate timepieces or jewelry items.
7. Maintain privileged relationships with certain clients and share historical knowledge of products.
8. Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate the importance Patek Philippe places on its products and clientele.
9. Stay informed about competitor products and general watchmaking activities.
10. Ensure a professional image of oneself and the Salons.
11. Organize, prepare, and execute all tasks related to the sale of watches and jewelry.
12. Promote information sharing and ideas on marketing and products with management and colleagues.
13. Follow up on sales, prepare all documents, and handle payments and actions in case of theft.

1. CFC in Commerce or equivalent.
2. Confirmed experience in advising and selling luxury watch products.
3. Excellent watchmaking culture.

1. Strong sense of hospitality and service.
2. Mastery of sales techniques.
3. Very good general culture.
4. Excellent knowledge of Patek Philippe's history and products.
5. Fluency in French and commercial and technical English (oral and written); additional languages are an asset.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and charisma.
7. Team spirit, dynamic, discretion, and stress resistance.

Confirmed experience in advising and selling luxury watch products.

CFC in Commerce or equivalent.
