- Welcome, inform, and advise clients to meet their needs and foster customer loyalty.
- Identify client expectations and tactfully redirect them to available alternatives.
- Guide clients throughout their visit to the Salons, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Provide precise technical and historical explanations on grand complications.
- Recommend appropriate timepieces or jewelry items.
- Maintain privileged relationships with select clients, offering high-level technical explanations and sharing historical product knowledge.
- Meet company expectations by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating the importance Patek Philippe places on its products and clientele.
- Stay informed about competitor products and general horological activities through available publications.
- Ensure a professional image of oneself and the Salons.
- Demonstrate to clients that Patek Philippe's interest extends beyond immediate sales to achieving perfect client satisfaction.
- Organize, prepare, and execute all tasks related to the sale of watches and jewelry.
- Promote information and idea sharing on market strategies and products with management and colleagues to continuously enhance team skills.
- Follow up on sales, prepare all necessary documents (invoices, certificates of origin, etc.), including cash handling and actions in case of theft.
- CFC in Commercial Employee or equivalent.
- Confirmed experience in advising and selling prestigious horological products.
- Excellent horological culture.
- Strong sense of hospitality and service.
- Mastery of sales techniques.
- Very good general culture.
- Excellent knowledge of PPSA history and products.
- Proficiency in commercial and technical French and English (oral and written), additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and charisma.
