- Ensure the autonomous execution of projects related to the Retail Customer Experience service, including the establishment of Patek Philippe mono or multi-brand points of sale and other specific projects, adhering to the defined budget, corporate layout concept, and approved timelines.
- Develop and monitor projects and transversal developments in collaboration with colleagues, superiors, suppliers (architects, fitters, or others), and other stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise site preparation, Swiss or local production, delivery, and installation of elements, while defining, respecting, and tracking a predefined budget and agreed timelines with clients.
- Act as the reference for project development in assigned regions (Europe and Asia), overseeing, coordinating, and planning teams and resources.
- Develop and update guidelines related to the field of activity and ensure their application by distributors/regional markets.
- Advise, respond to requests, and seek specific solutions from markets/stakeholders, developing custom solutions if necessary.
- Conduct continuous monitoring of agencies, suppliers, and other service providers in assigned regions for constant improvement.
- Higher education degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture and Design
- At least 5 years of experience in layout, decoration techniques, and brand identity enhancement, particularly in point of sale realization
- Knowledge of the Asian market with at least 1 year of residency or professional experience
- Fluent in English, minimum B1 level in Mandarin, additional languages are an asset
- Complex project management skills and excellent organizational abilities
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and proactivity
- Analytical and synthesis skills
A minimum of 5 years in layout and decoration techniques, with a focus on brand identity enhancement and point of sale realization, including at least 1 year of experience in the Asian market.
Higher education degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture and Design
