Patek Philippe Retail and Client Experience Manager

- Develop and manage projects in collaboration with stakeholders, including external architects, suppliers, and team members, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Compile boutique and corner dossiers for validation.
- Create plans using AutoCAD and process images with Photoshop or other virtual visualization software.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the preparation of construction sites, production, delivery, and installation of elements within budget and time constraints.
- Consolidate and plan procurement and stock needs related to the domain of activity.
- Ensure supplier development quality, and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Implement strategic reflections to advance the domain of activity.
- Coordinate developments and prototypes transversally with internal specialists.
- Manage implementation with team members, suppliers, and market actors.
- Develop support tools and ensure the clarity and circulation of information.
- Draft briefings/specifications, prepare tenders, and negotiate prices with suppliers and agencies.
- Oversee the production and logistics of developed tools, ensuring their availability for standardized use.
- Monitor agencies, suppliers, and other service providers for continuous improvement.
- Higher education degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing interior design projects within the luxury sector on an international scale, with achievements in client experience.
- Ability to read architectural plans and interpret construction details.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an asset.
- Project management skills and excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proactive and creative mindset.
A minimum of 5 years in project management within the luxury interior design sector, with international exposure and a focus on client experience.
Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
