Retail and Customer Experience Manager

1. Develop and manage projects in collaboration with stakeholders, including external architects, suppliers, and team members.
2. Define, monitor, and control project budgets and timelines.
3. Prepare boutique/corner dossiers for validation.
4. Create plans using AutoCAD and process images with Photoshop or other virtual visualization software.
5. Plan, coordinate, and supervise site preparation, production, delivery, and installation within budget and time constraints.
6. Consolidate and plan purchasing needs and tool stock related to the activity.
7. Ensure supplier development quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance.
8. Implement strategic thinking to evolve the activity domain.
9. Coordinate developments and prototypes with internal specialists.
10. Manage implementation with team members, suppliers, and market actors.
11. Develop support tools and ensure clear information flow.
12. Draft briefs/specifications, prepare tenders, and negotiate prices with suppliers and agencies.
13. Oversee production and logistics of developed tools and standardize their use.
14. Monitor agencies, suppliers, and other service providers for continuous improvement.

1. Higher education degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in interior project management within the luxury sector on an international scale.

1. Ability to read architectural plans and interpret construction details.
2. Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus.
3. Project management skills and excellent organizational abilities.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
5. Analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Proactive and creative mindset.

At least 5 years of experience in managing interior design projects in the luxury sector internationally, with achievements in customer experience.

Higher education degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
