1. Diagnose technical faults and establish precise repair plans for vintage mechanical watches (production years circa 1965–1980).
2. Execute full restoration workflows: disassembly, movement restoration, parts reconditioning or replacement, reassembly and adjustment.
3. Perform lubrication, regulation (including flat and Breguet hairsprings), casing, and dial/hands fitting to meet brand tolerances.
4. Ensure meticulous quality control at each stage in accordance with established assembly and inspection processes.
5. Document interventions and maintain traceability for customer-service records within the International Customer Service Division.
6. Collaborate with colleagues in the atelier to preserve technical knowledge and uphold service standards.

1. CFC (Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) as Horloger Rhabilleur or equivalent accredited watchmaking qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in restoration/service of high-end or vintage wristwatches.
3. Demonstrated mastery of movement assembly, casing (emboîtage) and fine regulation techniques.
4. Exceptional manual dexterity, precision and rigorous attention to detail.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to form accurate technical diagnostics.
6. Autonomous worker with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
