1. Identify and analyze product disruptions in movement components.
2. Address non-conformities through root cause analysis and implement corrective, preventive, and curative actions.
3. Apply quality tools and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, QRQC, and 5P, and participate in post audits based on encountered disruptions.
4. Support workshops by defining control methods, tools, and training for relevant personnel.
5. Form, lead, and manage multidisciplinary working groups.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

1. Technician ES degree in Micromechanics with a specialization in quality or equivalent education.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a Quality Service, preferably in the watchmaking industry.

1. Proficiency in Quality tools (8D, QRQC, Pareto and cause-effect diagrams, PDCA, 5P), statistical analysis, and problem-solving.
2. Ability to lead improvement projects within multidisciplinary teams.
3. Strong attention to detail, diplomacy, listening skills, interpersonal skills, and proactive attitude.
4. Analytical thinking and stress management capabilities.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar quality-focused role, ideally within the horology sector.

Technician ES degree in Micromechanics or equivalent.
