1. Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Quality Improvement Officers while managing industrialization projects directly.
2. Distribute operational workload within the team, validate milestones, guide decisions, and prioritize tasks.
3. Define and optimize surveillance plans based on process risks and capabilities to ensure quality in series production.
4. Drive cross-functional actions in collaboration with support services to advance manufacturing processes and improve capabilities.
5. Ensure standard control ranges in production are maintained.
6. Contribute to the definition of standards and best practices.

1. Degree in Microtechnology Engineering or equivalent.
2. Proven management experience is essential.
3. Previous experience in the watchmaking sector or component manufacturing is an advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of movement component manufacturing processes.
5. Project management proficiency.
6. Mastery of quality tools and methodologies.
7. Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP.
8. Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
