1. Produce prototypes and Service Client International (SCI) components according to defined plans.
2. Adjust conventional machinery for gear finishing for prototypes and SCI series components.
3. Demonstrate versatility across all activities within the production line following workshop regulations.
4. Develop self-inspection processes and compile self-inspection reports.
5. Design and fabricate tooling.
6. Optimize production processes.
7. Alert and propose solutions using the current problem-solving method (MR3P).

1. CFC in mechanical or micromechanical specialization or equivalent.
2. 5 years of experience as a Machinist-Adjuster or in a similar role.
3. Knowledge of conventional machines (Wahli, Strausak, etc.).
4. Experience in high-end watch component manufacturing (movements or small parts) is an asset.
5. Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
6. Team spirit and adaptability.
7. Attention to detail, precision, and concentration ability.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist-Adjuster or in a similar capacity is required.
