Patek Philippe Prototype Machinist

- Produce prototypes and Service Client International (SCI) components according to defined plans.
- Adjust conventional machinery for gear finishing for prototypes and SCI series components.
- Demonstrate versatility across all activities within the production line following workshop regulations.
- Develop self-inspection processes and compile self-inspection reports.
- Design and fabricate tooling.
- Optimize production processes.
- Alert and propose solutions using the current problem-solving method (MR3P).
- CFC in mechanical or micromechanical specialization or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience as a Machinist-Adjuster or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of conventional machines (Wahli, Strausak, etc.).
- Experience in high-end watch component manufacturing (movements or small parts) is an asset.
- Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Team spirit and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and concentration ability.
- Proficiency in conventional machining techniques.
- Ability to design and fabricate specialized tooling.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent manual dexterity and visual acuity.
- Team collaboration and adaptability.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist-Adjuster or in a similar capacity is required.
CFC in mechanical or micromechanical specialization or equivalent.
