1. Engineering degree (HES), Technician (ES) or equivalent qualification.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with team management.

1. Technical expertise in traditional machining and CNC.
2. Knowledge of production management and Lean manufacturing.
3. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office/SAP).
4. Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
5. Analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Ability to motivate and develop team members.
7. Team spirit and adaptability.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with team management responsibilities.

Engineering degree (HES), Technician (ES) or equivalent qualification.
