Patek Philippe Production Scheduler

- Prepare manufacturing orders across all workshops, including assembly and quality, and coordinate subcontracting orders in close collaboration with planning.
- Ensure alignment of information between SAP and on-the-ground operations through monitoring and updating the information system and activity-related indicators.
- Adhere to all work procedures and proactively suggest improvements.
- Provide exceptional 'customer service' to suppliers and internal clients, maintaining regular presence in workshops and steering sessions.
- Contribute to the development of the scheduling office through concrete action proposals.
- CFC or equivalent certification.
- 2 years of experience in production management.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, especially Excel).
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Understanding of key logistics concepts, particularly operational logistics flow management, manufacturing order lifecycle management, and inventory management.
- Team spirit, precision, dexterity, and rapid execution.
- Autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and proactive mindset.
- Dynamic with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
A minimum of 2 years in production management is required.
CFC or equivalent certification.
