Patek Philippe Production Scheduler

- Coordinate the preparation of manufacturing orders across all workshops, including assembly and quality, as well as subcontracting orders in close collaboration with planning teams.
- Ensure alignment of information between SAP systems and on-the-ground operations through diligent monitoring and updating of information systems and activity-related indicators.
- Adhere to all established work procedures and proactively suggest improvements.
- Provide exceptional service to both internal clients and suppliers, maintaining a regular presence in workshops and steering sessions.
- Contribute to the development of the scheduling office by proposing concrete actions.
- CFC or equivalent certification.
- 2 years of experience in production management.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly MS-Office and Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Understanding of key logistical concepts, especially operational logistics flow, work-in-progress management, production order lifecycle management, and inventory control.
- Strong team spirit, precision, dexterity, and quick execution capabilities.
- Autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, dynamic, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
A minimum of 2 years in production management is required.
CFC or equivalent certification.
