1. Coordinate the preparation and initiation of production orders across all workshops in close collaboration with planning teams.
2. Ensure the supply of workshops and retrieval of production orders.
3. Receive and stock components efficiently.
4. Organize and manage inventory effectively.
5. Apply regulations related to the physical and digital management of precious materials.
6. Monitor production timelines, analyze discrepancies, and update information systems accordingly.
7. Manage priorities and ensure the visual scheduling is current.
8. Engage in regular production communications.

1. CFC in logistics or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production scheduling.

1. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
2. Previous experience in the watchmaking sector and precious material management.
3. Understanding of operational logistics flow, including work-in-progress management, production order lifecycle management, and inventory control.
4. Team spirit, precision, concentration, quick comprehension, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.

At least 5 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably within the watchmaking industry.

CFC in logistics or equivalent qualification.
