Patek Philippe Production Planner

- Coordinate the preparation and initiation of production orders across all workshops in close collaboration with planning teams.
- Ensure the supply of workshops and retrieval of production orders.
- Receive and stock components efficiently.
- Organize and manage inventory effectively.
- Apply regulations related to the physical and digital management of precious materials.
- Monitor production timelines, analyze discrepancies, and update information systems accordingly.
- Manage priorities and ensure the visual scheduling is current.
- Engage in regular production communications.
- CFC in logistics or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production scheduling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Previous experience in the watchmaking sector and precious material management.
- Understanding of operational logistics flow, including work-in-progress management, production order lifecycle management, and inventory control.
- Team spirit, precision, concentration, quick comprehension, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
At least 5 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably within the watchmaking industry.
CFC in logistics or equivalent qualification.
