1. Ensure the initiation of production orders and the availability of components in watchmaking workshops, closely coordinating with planning teams.
2. Monitor the progress of production flows between various workshops, ensuring alignment with SAP and field information systems.
3. Adhere to and propose enhancements to existing work procedures.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal suppliers and clients.
5. Maintain a regular presence in workshops and participate in steering meetings.

1. CFC in Logistics or equivalent qualification.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in production management.

1. Knowledge of key logistics concepts, including work-in-progress management, production order lifecycle, and inventory management.
2. Proficiency in office software (MS Office, particularly Excel).
3. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
4. Customer-oriented with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to coordinate and manage priorities.
6. Methodical, precise, and quick in execution.
7. Dynamic with strong analytical and synthesis skills.

2 to 5 years of experience in production management.

CFC in Logistics or equivalent qualification.
