1. Analyze production needs within the Movement Components Division.
2. Ensure alignment and adequacy of workload and capacity across workstations within the designated scope.
3. Plan production in accordance with client needs, in collaboration with other planners and logistics stakeholders.
4. Facilitate cross-functional communication with production workshops and support services.
5. Manage article and flow changes while ensuring data consistency.
6. Propose and implement solutions to ensure production volumes are met.
7. Manage operational tools related to planning activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Production Management or equivalent.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial planning, preferably in the watchmaking sector.
2. Strong understanding of logistical flows.
3. Proven experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) analysis.
4. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, ideally SAP.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and diplomacy.
6. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
7. Customer-oriented with adaptability.

A minimum of 3 years in industrial planning, ideally within the watchmaking industry.

Bachelor's degree in Production Management or equivalent.
