1. Oversee the production of axes and pinions components in alignment with the production plan and Patek Philippe's manufacturing and quality standards.
2. Plan, organize, and monitor workshop activities to ensure efficient operations.

4. Drive improvement initiatives in collaboration with support services to enhance quality, performance, timeliness, and cost efficiency.

1. Technician ES in microtechnology or mechanical engineering, or equivalent education.
2. 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in machining.
3. Proficiency in machining techniques, particularly bar turning.
4. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and production management.

1. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office) and SAP knowledge is advantageous.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities.
3. Ability to unite a team towards a common goal.
4. Decision-making, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
5. Capability to build cross-functional relationships.
6. Meticulousness, analytical thinking, and synthesis skills.

5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the machining sector.

Technician ES in microtechnology or mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
