Procurement Specialist

1. Manage procurement processes by transforming purchase requests into orders and ensuring their successful execution.
2. Analyze and monitor MRP within the designated scope, manage portfolios including urgencies, backorders, shortages, and lead times, and ensure necessary replanning and SAP updates.
3. Define safety stocks and procurement strategies, implement them in the system, and execute them.
4. Monitor and analyze the performance indicators of internal and external suppliers and implement continuous improvement actions.
5. Update purchasing data information systems and manage invoicing.
6. Collaborate closely with other company divisions and actively participate in internal meetings regarding delays, priorities, capacity, forecasts, pricing, etc.
7. Participate in continuous improvement management and maintain vigilance with suppliers and internal partners.
8. Promote Patek Philippe values to suppliers.

1. Bachelor's degree in purchasing/supply chain or equivalent qualification.
2. Good understanding of logistics flows.
3. Knowledge of the watchmaking industry is an advantage.
4. 5 years of experience in the field.

1. Proficiency in MS-Office.
2. Excellent command of Excel.
3. Good mastery of an MRP system, ideally SAP.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, and proactive approach.

5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in purchasing/supply chain or equivalent qualification.
