1. Analyze and monitor the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within the designated scope, manage portfolios including urgencies, backlog management, shortages, and lead times, and ensure necessary rescheduling and SAP updates.
2. Follow and analyze demand calculations, define safety stock levels and procurement strategies, implement them in the system, and execute accordingly.
3. Monitor and evaluate the quantitative and qualitative performance indicators of both internal and external suppliers, implementing continuous improvement actions.
4. Update purchasing data information systems and manage invoicing processes.
5. Collaborate closely with other divisions within the company and actively participate in internal meetings regarding delays, priorities, capacity, forecasts, pricing, etc.
6. Engage in continuous improvement management and maintain vigilance with suppliers and internal partners.
7. Promote Patek Philippe's values to suppliers.

1. Bachelor's degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent qualification.
2. 5 years of experience in the field.

1. Strong understanding of logistics flows.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent command of Excel.
3. Good command of an MRP system, ideally SAP.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, rigor, analytical and synthesis abilities, and a proactive mindset.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent.
