Patek Philippe Procurement Specialist

- Analyze and monitor the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within the designated scope, manage portfolios including urgencies, backlog management, shortages, and lead times, and ensure necessary rescheduling and SAP updates.
- Follow and analyze demand calculations, define safety stock levels and procurement strategies, implement them in the system, and execute accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate the quantitative and qualitative performance indicators of both internal and external suppliers, implementing continuous improvement actions.
- Update purchasing data information systems and manage invoicing processes.
- Collaborate closely with other divisions within the company and actively participate in internal meetings regarding delays, priorities, capacity, forecasts, pricing, etc.
- Engage in continuous improvement management and maintain vigilance with suppliers and internal partners.
- Promote Patek Philippe's values to suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent qualification.
- 5 years of experience in the field.
- Strong understanding of logistics flows.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent command of Excel.
- Good command of an MRP system, ideally SAP.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, rigor, analytical and synthesis abilities, and a proactive mindset.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management is required.
Bachelor's degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent.
