1. Ensure optimal purchasing conditions within the designated scope.
2. Manage tender processes effectively.
3. Convert purchase requests into purchase orders.
4. Monitor and analyze demand calculations and performance indicators for suppliers, implementing continuous improvement actions.
5. Establish and oversee the annual purchasing budget for the managed product portfolio.
6. Update purchasing data information systems and manage invoicing.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement management and maintain supplier relationships.
8. Promote Patek Philippe values to suppliers.

1. Bachelor's degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
3. Understanding of logistics flows.
4. Knowledge of the watchmaking/precious materials industry is a significant advantage.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent Excel skills.
2. Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Diplomacy, attention to detail, analytical and synthetic thinking, and proactive problem-solving.

A minimum of 5 years in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the luxury goods sector.

Bachelor's degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
