1. Participate in a continuous improvement 5S project within two production workshops.
2. Lead a small working group focused on a 5S issue.
3. Conduct and participate in 5S audits.
4. Analyze existing audits and propose optimizations for the 5S audit process.
5. Develop action plans related to the 5S activities.
6. Implement actions in the production workshops.

1. Bachelor's degree in Microtechnology, preferably with a focus on horology.

1. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and service orientation.
6. Ability to express ideas effectively in group settings.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Microtechnology, preferably with a focus on horology.
