1. Analyze technical documentation, including plans and service order indications.
2. Establish detailed production processes.
3. Manufacture and finish high-quality components, such as mirror-polished parts.
4. Adjust components as necessary to ensure proper tool functionality.
5. Inspect manufactured components for dimensional and aesthetic quality.
6. Analyze tooling issues within area of expertise and propose and implement improvement actions.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

1. CFC in Micromechanics or equivalent diploma.
2. Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally in the watchmaking sector.

1. Proficiency in conventional and digital machinery.
2. Ability to propose solutions and work under pressure.
3. Customer-oriented mindset.
4. Autonomy, precision, organizational skills, concentration, and team spirit.
