1. Analyze technical documentation, including plans and service orders.
2. Establish detailed production sequences.
3. Manufacture and finish high-quality components, such as mirror-polished surfaces.
4. Adjust components as necessary to ensure optimal tool functionality.
5. Inspect manufactured components for dimensional and aesthetic quality.
6. Identify tooling issues within areas of expertise and implement improvement actions.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

1. CFC in Micromechanics or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the watchmaking industry.

1. Proficiency in operating conventional and CNC machines.
2. Ability to propose solutions and work efficiently under pressure.
3. Customer-oriented mindset.
4. Autonomy, precision, organizational skills, focus, and teamwork.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally within the watchmaking sector.

CFC in Micromechanics or equivalent qualification.
