Machining Specialist

1. Provide the production team with controlled and efficient milling machining processes.
2. Optimize machining processes through programming, cutting parameters, and cutting tools.
3. Develop new equipment and define machining strategies.
4. Ensure feasibility of certain product/process industrializations from programming to validation of machined components.
5. Train setters/programmers.
6. Support production and methods in the area of expertise.
7. Formalize expertise according to Patek Philippe SA standards.

1. Technician ES in micromechanics or equivalent qualification.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Knowledge of high-speed machining (UGV) is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in CAM systems.
5. Knowledge of 5-axis CNC milling machines.
6. Experience in manufacturing high-end watch components.
