Patek Philippe Machining Specialist

- Develop and provide efficient and controlled milling machining processes within the Process Laboratory.
- Optimize machining processes through programming, cutting parameters, and cutting tools.
- Develop new equipment and define machining strategies.
- Ensure feasibility of product/process industrialization from programming to validation of machined components.
- Train setters/programmers in machining techniques.
- Support production and methods within the area of expertise.
- Document expertise according to Patek Philippe's standards.
- Technician ES in micromechanics or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of high-speed machining (UGV) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CAM systems.
- Familiarity with 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Experience in manufacturing high-end watch components.
- Analytical thinking and agility.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Interest in knowledge transfer and training.
- Proactive and open to feedback.
- Team-oriented mindset.
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar machining role, particularly within the luxury watchmaking industry.
Technician ES in micromechanics or equivalent qualification.
