1. Provide the production team with controlled and efficient milling machining processes.
2. Optimize these processes through programming, cutting parameters, and cutting tools.
3. Develop new equipment and define machining strategies.
4. Ensure the feasibility of certain product/process industrializations from programming to validation of machined components.
5. Train setters/programmers.
6. Support production and methods within the area of expertise.
7. Formalize know-how according to Patek Philippe SA standards.

1. Technician ES in micromechanics or equivalent qualification.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Knowledge in High-Speed Machining (HSM) is an advantage.
2. Mastery of the CAM system.
3. Knowledge of 5-axis CNC milling machines.
4. Experience in manufacturing high-end watch components.
5. Analytical thinking, agility, listening, and communication.
6. Interest in knowledge transfer.
7. Proactive, ability to question oneself, team spirit.

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar function.
