1. Develop and provide efficient and controlled milling machining processes within the Process Laboratory.
2. Optimize machining processes through programming, cutting parameters, and cutting tools.
3. Develop new equipment and define machining strategies.
4. Ensure feasibility of product/process industrialization from programming to validation of machined components.
5. Train setters/programmers in machining techniques.
6. Support production and methods within the area of expertise.
7. Document expertise according to Patek Philippe's standards.

1. Technician ES in micromechanics or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Knowledge of high-speed machining (UGV) is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in CAM systems.
5. Familiarity with 5-axis CNC milling machines.
6. Experience in manufacturing high-end watch components.
