1. Analyze, supervise, monitor, and optimize order processing, billing, packaging, shipping, and export processes, ensuring their effective implementation.
2. Ensure compliance with administrative and customs procedures required for the import and export of goods, adhering to current legislation.
3. Guarantee the reliability and timeliness of all deliverables within the scope of operations.
4. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve operational efficiency.
5. Facilitate communication and information flow with internal and external partners to manage activities effectively.

1. Advanced education, with a Federal Certificate in Customs Declaration preferred.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics operations, billing, and shipping, ideally in a managerial role within the watchmaking industry.

1. Proficiency in SAP SD and TM modules and tools supporting export documentation needs.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English and French, both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset.
3. Strong organizational and collaborative skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
4. Ability to manage operational activities when team workload demands.
5. Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

5 to 10 years of experience in logistics operations, billing, and shipping, ideally in a managerial role within the watchmaking industry.

Advanced education, with a Federal Certificate in Customs Declaration preferred.
