Patek Philippe Logistics Operations Manager

- Analyze, supervise, monitor, and optimize order processing, billing, packaging, shipping, and export processes, ensuring their effective implementation.
- Ensure compliance with administrative and customs procedures required for the import and export of goods, adhering to current legislation.
- Guarantee the reliability and timeliness of all deliverables within the scope of operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and information flow with internal and external partners to manage activities effectively.
- Advanced education, with a Federal Certificate in Customs Declaration preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics operations, billing, and shipping, ideally in a managerial role within the watchmaking industry.
- Proficiency in SAP SD and TM modules and tools supporting export documentation needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English and French, both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Ability to manage operational activities when team workload demands.
- Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
5 to 10 years of experience in logistics operations, billing, and shipping, ideally in a managerial role within the watchmaking industry.
Advanced education, with a Federal Certificate in Customs Declaration preferred.
