1. Provide legal advice and assistance to all divisions of the Manufacture and production sites on various topics, including contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
2. Assist with data protection management, including maintaining processing records and conducting legal research.
3. Coordinate and manage litigation cases in collaboration with relevant departments.
4. Manage interactions with international subsidiaries on diverse legal matters.
5. Draft legal correspondence and internal legal notes.
6. Prepare presentations and internal reports for operational departments.
7. Conduct general legal monitoring related to relevant legislative and regulatory developments.
8. Oversee the complete administrative management and follow-up of ongoing cases and collaborate on cross-functional projects.

1. Swiss attorney's license or equivalent qualification.
2. 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including initial experience in a law firm and subsequent in-house experience, ideally in an international environment.
3. Proven experience in commercial law and data protection law.
