1. Experiment and evaluate all manufacturing processes utilizing laser technology.
2. Optimize these processes through the programming of process parameters.
3. Lead and participate in the integration and fine-tuning of new equipment.
4. Formalize expertise according to Patek Philippe standards.
5. Oversee the feasibility of certain product/process industrializations from programming to component validation.
6. Provide training and support to Production and Methods teams within the area of expertise.

1. Technician ES in micromechanics or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in laser technologies.
3. Knowledge of laser machines (cutting, texturing, ablation).
4. Experience in the manufacturing of high-end watch components.

1. Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and propose solutions.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy with strong listening abilities.
3. Interest in knowledge transfer and training.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in micromechanics and laser technology.
