- Conduct internal audits, projects, and special missions, ensuring prioritization and time management, and communicate results and actions to address improvement points.
- Contribute to the development of the internal audit plan and participate in its monitoring, particularly through data analysis.
- Promote a culture of accountability and integrity by adhering to high ethical standards.
- Facilitate the integration of risk management practices into daily operational activities and processes.
- Collaborate with local auditors to conduct audits and assess compliance with local legal requirements and Swiss GAAP RPC standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of accounting processes and the production and retail sectors.
- Monitor the implementation of recommendations/action plans and perform periodic tests to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective measures implemented following audit findings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and business activities to maintain a high level of industrial and commercial insight.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted partner.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and the group's accounting team.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification or equivalent, or in progress.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit or relevant operational experience.
- Proficiency in SAP, ideally SAP S/4 Hana, and a strong grasp of technological concepts, digitization, and collaborative tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all hierarchical levels.
- Attention to detail and the ability to synthesize audit findings and follow up on recommendations.
- Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level required); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years in internal audit or relevant operational experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
