- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, functional specialists, and developers across various technologies including SAP, ServiceNow, Tableau, and more.
- Define and monitor individual and collective expectations, ensuring team skill enhancement.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including other IT teams, business units, and external partners.
- Actively collaborate on IT governance and strategy topics with peers and management.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of business needs, ensuring alignment with demand management processes.
- Ensure prioritization of requests in collaboration with business partners.
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Challenge current solutions and new implementations, ensuring collaboration between analysis and execution teams.
- Maintain technological vigilance and continuous process improvement related to platform management.
- Ensure adherence to demand and delivery management processes in partnership with other IT managers.
- Provide regular reporting on team activities and performance, and communicate the performance of existing solutions.
- Contribute to the definition of standards and best practices, including Agile, ITIL, and DevOps.
- Ensure information security standards are followed by teams and that platforms and solutions align with the Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Higher education degree in information systems, project management, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or project management.
- Proven team management experience of at least 5 years.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach.
- Experience in managing business requirements.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Scrum, Kanban, and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Experience in IT project management and governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft365, ServiceNow, SAP (S4-BI-BW), Tableau, Board, and Dell Boomi environments.
