1. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, functional specialists, and developers across various technologies including SAP, ServiceNow, Tableau, and more.
2. Define and monitor individual and collective expectations, ensuring team skill enhancement.
3. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
4. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including other IT teams, business units, and external partners.
5. Actively collaborate on IT governance and strategy topics with peers and management.
6. Oversee the collection and analysis of business needs, ensuring alignment with demand management processes.
7. Ensure prioritization of requests in collaboration with business partners.
8. Guarantee the quality of deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets.
9. Challenge current solutions and new implementations, ensuring collaboration between analysis and execution teams.
10. Maintain technological vigilance and continuous process improvement related to platform management.
11. Ensure adherence to demand and delivery management processes in partnership with other IT managers.
12. Provide regular reporting on team activities and performance, and communicate the performance of existing solutions.
13. Contribute to the definition of standards and best practices, including Agile, ITIL, and DevOps.
14. Ensure information security standards are followed by teams and that platforms and solutions align with the Disaster Recovery Plan.

1. Higher education degree in information systems, project management, or related field.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or project management.
3. Proven team management experience of at least 5 years.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
5. Ability to influence and persuade.
6. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach.
7. Experience in managing business requirements.
8. Knowledge of ITIL, Scrum, Kanban, and DevSecOps methodologies.
9. Experience in IT project management and governance.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft365, ServiceNow, SAP (S4-BI-BW), Tableau, Board, and Dell Boomi environments.
