1. Oversee the complete industrialization process, including manufacturing, assembly, and horological adjustments.
2. Ensure process robustness before transitioning to series production, maintaining alignment with reference standards.
3. Innovate and implement novel processes when necessary.
4. Co-responsible with Production for the quality and timely supply of new movements for Watch and Haute Horlogerie divisions.

1. Engineering degree in microtechnology or equivalent.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in a technical coordination or project management role.
3. Management experience preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of movement manufacturing and assembly processes.
5. Proficiency in project management.
6. Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP.

5 to 7 years in technical coordination or project management, with management experience preferred.
