Patek Philippe Industrialization Manager

1. Manage and develop the industrialization of new movements.
2. Organize and lead a team of industrialization specialists and pilot line watchmakers.
3. Distribute new projects within the team, validate milestones, guide decisions, and prioritize tasks.
4. Ensure complete industrialization including manufacturing, assembly, and watch adjustment.
5. Ensure process robustness before transfer to series production, aligning with standards.
6. Innovate and implement new processes when necessary.
7. Co-responsible with Production for quality and timely supply of new movements for Watch and Haute Horlogerie divisions.

1. Engineer in microtechnology or equivalent.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in a technical coordinator or project manager role.
3. Management experience desired.

1. Strong knowledge of movement manufacturing and assembly processes.
2. Project management proficiency.
3. ERP proficiency, ideally SAP.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
5. Strong listening skills, client and solution-oriented, entrepreneurial and creative.
6. Ability to influence and impact.

5 to 7 years in a technical coordinator or project manager role, with management experience desired.
