Patek Philippe Industrial Financial Controller

- Plan, execute, and analyze budgets for production entities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on financial results and performance indicators, including cost coverage, yield, lead-time, purchasing performance, inventory turnover, and discrepancies.
- Propose corrective actions and potential adjustments to improve performance and mitigate financial risks across the supply chain, particularly in inventory turnover.
- Implement and monitor corrective measures in collaboration with production lines.
- Conduct operational and financial audits in line with company objectives and identified risks within industrial sectors.
- Manage cross-functional projects to enhance integration of line activities into information systems.
- Ensure the reliability of base data impacting financial statements and performance assessments.
- Degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent, with a focus on performance management in production sites and a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience.
- Competence and experience in Logistics/Supply Chain with a progression towards a financial controller role. Training will be provided to ensure dual competency.
- Mastery of industrial challenges and understanding of their financial impacts, including fixed and variable production costs, inventory, work-in-progress, cash flow, over/under activity, production yields, and flow rationalization.
- ERP knowledge, ideally SAP, in an industrial setting (Material Management/MM and Production Planning/PP).
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
At least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector with a focus on supply chain and financial management.
Degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent.
