Patek Philippe Human Resources Manager

- Manage all administrative documents related to the employee lifecycle for a workforce exceeding 400 individuals, including onboarding, transfers, departures, work certificates, permits, and maternity follow-up.
- Oversee the administrative HR integration process for new employees and ensure its seamless execution.
- Provide support and advice to employees and managers on all aspects of HR management, working closely with HR Partners.
- Independently respond to employee inquiries within the scope of responsibility.
- Actively participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes by proposing suitable solutions.
- Conduct training for new employees in the same role.
- University degree, HR Certificate, or HR Diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Expertise in SAP HR; knowledge of SuccessFactors and UKG is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Numerical and writing proficiency.
- Skills in planning, coordination, cooperation, and agile learning.
- Strong internal client orientation and personable demeanor.
- High degree of autonomy, proactivity, anticipation, and ability to make proposals.
A minimum of three years in a comparable position within human resources management.
University degree, HR Certificate, or HR Diploma.
