- Serve as the primary HR contact for the assigned employee population.
- Implement the HR mission and enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure adherence to the company's core values and attitudes.
- Manage key annual HR processes, including performance management, compensation exercises, talent matrix, and budget reviews.
- Advise and support managers in organizational design, leadership development, and team management.
- Facilitate effective talent acquisition in collaboration with the dedicated team.
- Support the implementation of organizational development programs to meet business needs.
- Oversee talent management processes, including functional mobility, gap analysis, development plans, succession planning, and key role identification.
- Ensure a healthy work environment for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with global practices, policies, and procedures, aligned with the employee experience.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement.
- University degree in business administration, law, psychology, engineering, or a related field. Advanced education is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards in changing conditions.
- Recognized organizational skills.
- Strong project management experience is an asset.
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in French and English. Additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
A minimum of 2 to 5 years in a similar HR function is required.
University degree in business administration, law, psychology, engineering, or a related field.
