- Manage all administrative documents related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Proactively handle employee onboarding activities, including the creation and distribution of contractual documents.
- Provide administrative support in the implementation of HR processes.
- Inform and advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with HR Partners in executing HR strategy.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing suitable solutions.
- Ensure the training of new employees in similar roles.
- Holder of a certificate or diploma in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Expertise in SAP HR; knowledge of SuccessFactors and UKG is advantageous.
- Numerical and writing proficiency.
- Skills in planning, coordination, cooperation, and agile learning.
- Strong internal client orientation and personable demeanor.
- High degree of autonomy, proactivity, anticipation, and ability to make proposals.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Certificate or diploma in Human Resources.
